Over a four-year period, I pitched for and won the opportunity to lead the creative launches of IKEA Business Network (a digital community for small businesses around the world), IKEA Credit Card, IKEA Family Rewards, IKEA Electricity (a new energy supply business), and IKEA’s digital inclusion programme (an inside-out initiative designed to remove all biases from every IKEA digital touchpoint).
