After four years of growth, the founders of experiential agency XYZ didn’t have enough hours in the day to be hands-on with every task.

So they appointed me to improve how they pitched - from brief to presentation.

The new framework enabled the team to be more strategic in their thinking, more disciplined in their timings and more organised in their process. Which gave everyone more headspace to come up with creative pitch-winning ideas.
