Mentored, advised and supported a leadership team readying for sale.

Independent production studio SPLASH had begun to offer its clients a broader service, including creative origination. They appointed a first-time Creative Director, and following a tricky initial six-months, asked me to mentor him.

The successful mentoring sessions led to a wider remit – optimising the way the business worked throughout the creative process to do better, faster. Two years later, the Jellyfish Group bought the fitter, stronger SPLASH.
